Pretty Asian Baby Celebrating St. Patrick's Day

This pretty Asian baby girl is in her stroller celebrating a St. Patrick's Day parade with green tinsel and shamrocks around her face.  The event was held on 3/16/2010 in Bellingham WA as participant in the parade.
